• Registration fees of each race category are as follows:


   o Lovers’ Chase:  $50 per person
   o BFF Rush Junior Edition: $45 per person
   o BFF Rush Senior Edition: $50 per person
   o Open Rush:   $50 per person


• Registration period for SMU AdRace 2013 is open from 4th March 2013 to 13th April 2013.


• Early bird promotion opens until 23rd March 2013. Full payment must be made either via cash or iBanking to enjoy early bird discount of $5 off each participant’s registration fee.


• Registration is considered to be complete only when a participant completes ALL of the following steps:


   1. Complete online registration form with all personal details and contact information
   2. Make full payment of registration fee either via cash or iBanking. (See below for payment

       details) A physical receipt will be issued to you before the race, once payment has been made.
   3. Submit a signed hard copy of the relevant indemnity form applicable to the individual (above

       18 or under 18 years old)
   4. Submit a scanned soft copy or photocopy of swimming certificate (i.e. Gold, Silver or Bronze

       swimming certificates are acceptable) if

       you have not taken WPT before.
   5. A hard copy of FFI obtained within one month from submission date (only applicable to

       participants aged 35 and above)

• Registration and confirmation of slot is on a first-come-first-serve basis.


• When any category is fully registered, teams can choose to register and be placed under the waiting list for that category. You will be notified immediately if a slot is opened nearing the end of the registration period. If not, you will be notified to select a different category to compete in, depending on your eligibility of that category.


• Any substitution of team members after registration and payment is strongly discouraged. The Organising Committee will not guarantee that request for substitution of team members after the end of registration will be successful.

 

• The last day for any substitution of team members is strictly by April 13 2013, the last day for registration and payment.

Payment of Registration Fees


• We offer cash and iBanking as our modes of payment

 

   1) iBanking: Online payment details will be emailed to your team leader shortly after you sign

       up. Your slot is only confirmed upon receiving a confirmation email from us.

 

   2) Cash:  Our booth for cash payments will be on 14 & 15 March 2013 and 21& 22 March 2013, 10 

       am – 5 pm at SMU Li Ka Shing Library Building Level 1, outside Pick-N-Bite. (CLOSED)

Note: You have to send a soft copy of your 11B or student pass if you wish to register under the BFF categories.


Refund Policy: All payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
